The Navy Quality of Life (QOL) Leadership in Training (LIT) Program motivates and inspires outstanding Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) employees to become the adaptable, forward-thinking leaders needed in today's rapidly changing work environment. To meet the critical need for leaders who can navigate this complexity and drive success, the Navy QOL LIT program develops today's talent into tomorrow's leaders. The Navy QOL LIT Program emphasizes hands-on learning, providing participants with real-world experience and valuable insights into the diverse leadership styles and multifaceted roles within CNIC's QOL programs by engaging with subject matter experts from across CNIC N9 HQ, regions, and installations.

Professional Development Path
Participants on the Professional Development path will receive comprehensive education on Fleet and Family Readiness (N9) Programs, emphasizing core competencies and leadership development. The Professional Development path is offered biannually.
Executive Path
Participants on the Executive Leadership path will apply to join CNIC, FFR HQ in the Training Department (N941T). They'll receive hands-on experience in FFR programs, tackling challenges and projects that drive innovation. Through schoolhouse sessions and Functional Area Rotations (FAR), they'll deepen their understanding of each QOL program. The Executive path prepares leaders for executive roles, with the next recruitment cycle in 2026.
