In furtherance of the Department of the Navy’s Human Capital Operating Plan, the Military Community and Family Support Community’s goal is to acquire, develop, employ, and retain a highly skilled, agile, diverse, multi-functional civilian workforce capable of achieving all current and future national security objectives.
