Navy MWR Seeks Feedback through Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey
By Naomi Wilkins, Commander, Navy Installations Command
WASHINGTON - In an effort to enhance services and facilities for Service Members, the Navy Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) program has launched its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, extending an invitation to active duty personnel to share their feedback.
Over 30,000 active duty Service Members have already begun receiving e-mail invitations to participate in the survey; both those who utilize and those who do not utilize installation MWR services and facilities. The survey seeks to assess whether the MWR program is effectively fulfilling its mission and adequately meeting the needs of service members.
Participants are urged to share their perspectives, offering insights that will help shape future programming decisions, facilities and other services at their installations. “As part of our commitment to providing excellent service and meeting the needs of Navy personnel, we rely on your feedback to ensure we're on the right track,” explains Lisa Sexauer, Fleet Readiness Director.
The survey is open through May 2024. Service Members who have been selected to participate will receive timely reminders, which are part of a proactive strategy to encourage maximum participation and to accumulate as many responses as possible. “Together, we can ensure that our Service Members receive the best possible opportunities for Quality of Life programming,” adds Sexauer.
